At Team PHC, we aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible while ensuring your products arrive safely and securely.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Delivery

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners.

Delivery times are typically 2-3 working days after dispatch for all PHC products, although this may vary depending on your location and the courier's service.

International Delivery

We ship to selected international destinations.

Delivery times vary by country and customs processes but are typically between 5–15 working days after dispatch.

Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges or local taxes that may apply in their destination country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available), allowing you to follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to courier networks, adverse weather, customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to investigate.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Team PHC cannot accept responsibility for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@performancehockeycoaching.co.uk, including your order number and photographs where appropriate. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
